After my closing on a condo fell through due to the instability in the condo conversion project, I was forced to start my search over.  You immediately went to work and found a house the next day that was on the market for less than a week.  Your market expertise provided me comfort and the knowledge that we found a great deal.  Even though I did not offer the highest price, your relentless persistence and follow up gave me the opportunity to put the house under contract after the other offer fell through.
